This is a 30 year old single malt from Arran, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is led by bitter orange, star anise and cinnamon, held in check by toasted oak. The palate is rich and complex, with honey, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla and clove. The finish is long and sweet, with caramelised apple and orange zest.
