A single malt Scotch from Arran, in a 70cl bottle, with no age statement. It is matured entirely in bourbon barrels and can be served neat or in a longer drink.
The nose is delicate, with apples and pears. On the palate come balanced citrus fruits, light vanilla sweetness, a burst of apple and soft marine notes. The finish carries a little sweetness, spice, oak and vanilla.
