Arran – The Bodega Sherry Cask

Arran The Bodega is a sherry cask single malt, bottled at cask strength and added to the Arran core range. It returns to the style of some of the earliest Arran single malt. The distillery was built in 1994, and its makers believe that the nearby Loch na Davie provides a special source of fresh water for distilling. The nose brings toffee, sweet spice and fruit. On the palate are ripe fig and cherries, and dark chocolate appears in the finish.
