This is a 13 year old Auchentoshan, a Lowland single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2011, bottled in 2026 at 46% ABV, and finished in first-fill Amontillado sherry hogsheads. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Auchentoshan's spirit is triple-distilled, and the Amontillado finish is described as adding toasted almonds, orange peel, dried orchard fruits and subtle spice to soft vanilla, citrus and honeyed malt.
