Auchroisk 10 Year Old comes from Diageo's Flora & Fauna series. It was matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, and it is bottled by the distillery itself. It replaced the earlier Singleton of Auchroisk.
The nose is lightly smoky, very spicy and aromatic, with fruit. The palate is rich, with sweetness, malt and a hint of aniseed, in a strong, full body. The finish is spicy and lasting, turning slightly dry.
