Auchroisk – 12 Year Old 2007 The Lady of the Glen (70cl, 56.3%)

This is a 12 year old Auchroisk single malt, distilled in 2007 and bottled on 14 October 2020 at 56.3% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle and is one of 265. The whisky spent more than a decade in a bourbon hogshead before a finish in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead. The nose combines toffee, malt, spice and oak. On the palate, oak sits alongside orchard, citrus and tropical fruits. The finish is of coconut and oak.
