Auchroisk – 12 Year Old 2014-2026 Raw Cask Oloroso Montilla Sherry Finish (Blackadder) (70cl, 53.2%)

This is a 12 year old Auchroisk from Speyside, bottled by Blackadder for its Raw Cask range in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled on 4 February 2014 and bottled in February 2026 at a cask strength of 53.2%, drawn from a single barrel, #803574, which gave 207 bottles. The whisky was finished in an Oloroso Montilla sherry cask. It is non-chill-filtered, has no added colouring and keeps the natural cask sediment in the bottle. The cask is described as adding raisins, candied orange, dates and warm oak spice to Auchroisk's light, fruit-driven character.
