A 13 year old Speyside single malt from Auchroisk, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection at 57.9% ABV.
Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2026, it was matured in a single first-fill Amarone hogshead, so an Italian red wine cask shapes the spirit.
Expect dark berries, ripe cherries, chocolate and warming spice, with orchard fruit, honeyed malt and a citrus freshness from the spirit itself.
