Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead
A 13 year old single malt from Auchroisk in Speyside, distilled in 2012 and bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers range. It matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, where it spent its last two years and six months. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. Auchroisk is known for a light, nutty Speyside character, and the sherry cask adds rich layers of sweetness.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
