This is a 17 year old Auchroisk single malt, bottled by Whisky Craft and limited to 195 bottles. Auchroisk Distillery in Banffshire has been operating since 1972 and is known for oily, creamy malts with sweet, nutty notes. This expression was finished in a Palo Cortado sherry cask. It is of natural colour and not chill-filtered. The result is described as rich, sweet and nutty.
