This Auchroisk was distilled on 15 August 1990 and bottled on 25 July 2018, after 27 years in a refill butt. It is a single cask Speyside single malt from Signatory Vintage, part of its Cask Strength Collection, bottled at 53.7%.
The outturn was 551 bottles of 70cl.
The nose brings ripe fruit, nuts, peach, apple, vegetation and vanilla. The palate opens with a peppery lift, then blackcurrant, nuts, apple and caramel. The finish is long and softer, with notes of fruit, nuts and wood.
