This is a single cask Auchroisk, a 15-year-old Speyside single malt distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular series.
It comes from a single refill hogshead, cask 15889, which gave 320 bottles at 48.4% ABV. That is one of the strengths Douglas Laing prefers, and close to 85 Proof in the old UK measure. The whisky is bottled without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
