Amber in colour, it has a nose of ripe Conference pears, espresso and almond praline. The palate is velvety, with cocoa, melted Demerara sugar, crème brûlée and a touch of nutmeg. Overall it is soft, sweet and dessert-like, with a clear Pedro Ximénez character.
