Auchroisk – 2012/2025 12 Year Old Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #52 (70cl, 57.1%)

This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from Auchroisk, bottled by Signatory Vintage as its 100 Proof Edition #52. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025 at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle. The bottling strength adds density and brings out ripe fruit, vanilla and oak. The nose shows ripe fruit, malt, vanilla, honey and spice. The palate is robust, with fruit, caramel, malt and spicy oak, and the finish is long and warm with fruit and dry spice.
