This is an 11-year-old single cask Auchroisk from Speyside, distilled on 19 January 2015 and bottled on 20 January 2026 at 57.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Rare Cask series, with 299 bottles released.
The whisky matured first in a hogshead, then spent over two years finishing in an ex-Manzanilla cask. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
The flavours run to apple, almonds and oak-driven sweetness, with panettone, cinnamon bark and honeycomb.
