This is a 6 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Augusta Distillery, part of its River Proof Series and the Personal Reserve Toasted Oak Project. It was hand filled at the distillery directly from the barrel, at 61.7% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon comes from a toasted barrel and a high-corn recipe with 21 per cent wheat and 8 per cent barley. It is unfiltered, non-chill-filtered and bottled raw, straight from the barrel.
