This is a 10 year old Aultmore, a Speyside single malt released for the distillery's 125th anniversary. It was chosen by distillery manager Ross Bremner and Malt Master Stephanie Macleod, and is bottled at 46% ABV.
The whisky was fully matured in first-fill bourbon casks of American oak. This limited edition marks 1897, the year the distillery first went into production.
