The nose is fresh and soft, with green apple, pear and honey, alongside gentle malt, floral notes and a little citrus peel, finishing on a hint of dry hay and warm wood.
On the palate it is light and smooth, led by honey and ripe fruit, with mild malt and a touch of spice. The finish is medium to long, with warm wood and lingering honey and fruit, ending dry and soft.
