Aultmore – 12 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

Aultmore 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to Dewar's The Last Great Malts range, launched in 2014. The distillery was completed in 1896 and ran on a water wheel until 1898, when a steam engine was fitted. That engine stayed in near-continuous use for almost 70 years and was retired in 1969, when electricity reached the distillery. This 12 year old is described as elegant, light and fruity.
