This is a 14 year old Aultmore single malt, distilled in 2010 and matured in a single re-charred hogshead. It is bottled at 52.4% in a 70cl bottle.
Independent bottler James Eadie opened the cask in 2025 and filled 294 bottles for its Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland series.
The nose offers dates, prunes and toffee with thick honey and a touch of mint. The palate is creamy and well rounded, with peaches, apples and prunes lifted by a light pepperiness. The finish is of medium length, ending on toffee and allspice.
