This is a single cask Aultmore from Speyside, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2026 by Chorlton Whisky at 58.1%. It was matured for 15 years in a refill bourbon barrel and yielded 160 bottles, each 70cl.
The nose has bright orchard fruits, floral notes and vanilla sweetness, with gentle spice and fresh oak. Citrus and pineapple develop with air, alongside subtle white pepper.
The palate is medium bodied and well balanced, and the finish is lingering, with aniseed.
