Aultmore 15 Year Old Sweet Marsala Finish is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. After 15 years of maturation, the whisky spent six months in Marsala Superiore Ambra Secco casks, a Sicilian amber Marsala style. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose brings toasted walnuts, sweet mandarin and figs roasted in honey. The palate is silky and fruit-forward, with honeyed sweetness, ripe citrus and fig, plus soft malt, vanilla and subtle herbal notes. The finish is smooth and lingering, with mandarin, toasted nuts, honeyed fig and gentle spice.
