Aultmore 18 Year Old is an unpeated Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for 18 years in a mix of refill bourbon and sherry casks and is non-chill filtered. The distillery uses a slow distillation and water from the Foggymoss spring.
The nose offers fresh apples, wildflowers, soft vanilla, honey and gentle oak. The palate has pear, barley sugar, light spice and dried fruit, with soft malt and herbal notes. The finish is long, with oak, vanilla and a delicate floral note.
