Aultmore 18 Years Foggie Moss is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added caramel colouring.
The nose opens with ripe pear, green apple, banana and grape, alongside honey, toffee and a condensed-milk sweetness, with orange peel and a little hay behind. On the palate it is smooth and full-bodied, with honeyed pear and ripe fruit, cream and caramel, then a touch of cocoa and white pepper. The finish is medium to long, with malt, citrus peel and almond, and a soft waxy note.
