Aultmore 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill-filtered.
It spent more than two decades in a combination of refill bourbon and sherry casks, which suits the light, fragrant character of the distillery's spirit.
The nose is delicate and floral, with white peach, fresh apple, meadow honey, soft cereal and gentle oak. The palate is silky, with poached pear, vanilla cream and herbal malt over light spice and orchard fruit. The finish is long and soft, with vanilla fudge, oak and dried flowers.
