Balcones – Baby Blue

Baby Blue is a Texas whisky from Balcones, made from roasted heirloom blue corn. It was the first Texas whisky on the market since Prohibition. The corn is described as rich and oily, and the whisky is intentionally youthful, built to keep the freshness of classic American distilling while adding depth to the corn whisky tradition. It shows a round nuttiness and roasted overtones, with a viscous mouthfeel and a soft finish.
