Balcones Lineage is a Texas single malt that draws on the Scotch single malt tradition while taking its own approach to grain and maturation.
It is made from both Scottish and Texas-grown barley, and aged in both refill and new oak barrels. The makers describe it as a celebration of old and new traditions, and of Texas provenance.
