This is a single cask Speyside single malt from Ballindalloch Distillery, distilled on the 29th of January 2015. The barley was grown on the Ballindalloch estate. The whisky matured in a single bourbon hogshead for a little over 11 years. It was bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour. The distillery's character is described as soft and elegant.
