A Vermentino from Toscana IGP, produced by Tenuta L'Impostino.
It has a bright straw-yellow appearance, with lemon zest, white flowers and light herbaceous notes on the nose, plus white peach and green apple on the palate. Lively acidity and a savoury thread keep it fresh, with a slender but present body and a clean finish.
Serve at around 8-10 °C. It pairs with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, seafood salads, light pasta, cold starters and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif or for informal lunches.
