Sassorosa Rosato Toscana IGP

Sassorosa Rosato is a Tuscan rosé from Tenuta L'Impostino, Toscana IGP. It is pale, clear salmon pink. The nose opens with ripe small red fruits, citrus peel and a floral hint, remaining discreet and linear. On the palate it is fresh and light-bodied, with balanced acidity and a clean finish that invites immediate drinking. It suits aperitifs and dishes such as seafood, summer salads, light pasta, fresh cured meats, Mediterranean vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C, and drink within a few years of bottling to keep its aromatic vivacity.
