This is a 14 year old Balmenach single cask from Speyside, distilled in 2009 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2023 for their Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength series. It is a UK exclusive, bottled without colouring or chill filtration in a 70cl bottle at a natural cask strength of 61.9%.
The whisky is a dark golden colour and came from a first fill sherry hogshead that yielded 274 bottles.
Inver House, the owner of the distillery, issues no official Balmenach bottlings.
