A single cask Balmenach, distilled in 2010 and released in 2025 at 14 years old, in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the revamped Spirit of Scotland range from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail.
The whisky matured in cask 662, a first fill sherry hogshead, which gave 278 bottles at a natural cask strength of 61.5%. It was bottled without colouring or chill filtration. Balmenach's wormtub-cooled spirit is described as gutsy and well suited to sherry casks.
