This is a 10 year old Balmenach, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023 by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers for their Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of small batch single malts. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 47.5% abv.
The whisky matured in a small batch of Oloroso sherry casks and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration. The outturn was 1247 bottles.
The notes describe Easter hot cross buns, candied orange peel, raisins and gentle spice.
