Balmenach 2015 is a 10 year old single malt from Dràm Mòr, released in spring 2026. It matured in a single bourbon cask and was then finished in a first fill Palo Cortado sherry hogshead. 255 bottles were filled.
The nose combines soft, creamy sherry with chocolate-covered fruit and nuts, and a note of sweets. The palate is drier than the nose suggests but carries the same aromas, without the chocolate, and adds a warming, fresh touch of ripe orange. The finish is long and mouth-filling.
