The nose shows ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with light spicy notes and fresh herb aromas. The entry is fresh and savoury, with balanced acidity supporting the fruity flavours. The body is medium, with soft tannins that give structure without heaviness. The finish is persistent and invites another sip. It pairs well with pasta with meat sauces, grilled red meats and semi-hard cheeses.
