Chiarlo Asili Barbaresco DOCG

A Barbaresco DOCG from Chiarlo, with a deep ruby colour and garnet reflections. The nose brings ripe red fruit, delicate floral notes and sweet spice, supported by earthy tones and a pleasant minerality. On the palate it shows structure and well-balanced tannins, with a savoury, harmonious progression and fruity returns. The finish is satisfying and recalls the initial aromas. It suits meat dishes, roasts, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and rich sauces. A short decantation is recommended if served at table, at around 16-18°C. It can be enjoyed young or kept briefly in the cellar.
