Barolo DOCG Cannubi (14.5%)

A Barolo from the Cannubi vineyard, showing a deep ruby colour with garnet reflections. The nose is harmonious, with ripe red fruit, subtle tertiary notes, discreet spice, occasional floral hints and a faint mineral note. The palate is balanced, with well-defined tannins, present but balanced acidity and a persistent finish. It suits flavourful dishes, aged cheeses or contemplative tasting without food.
