Bardstown Bourbon Company – Discovery #14 (2026) Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 56.4%)

Discovery #14 is the 2026 release in the Discovery Series from Bardstown Bourbon Company, bottled at 56.4% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It blends three straight bourbons: 55% from a 10-year-old Indiana bourbon, 25% from an 11-year-old Kentucky bourbon and 20% from a 7-year-old Kentucky bourbon. After blending, the whiskey spent four months in custom-made Garryana oak barrels, hand-harvested in Oregon and toasted by hand for three hours by Oregon Barrel Works. The artwork is by Margaret Archambault. The nose shows toasted oak, burnt sugar and baked apple cobbler. Dried cherry and cinnamon bark follow on the palate, into a long, warming finish.
