A Tennessee straight bourbon from the Bardstown Bourbon Company Collaborative Series, made with Founders Brewing Co. of Michigan. The whiskey spent 10 years in new charred oak before moving into barrels that had held Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout.
It was finished in those barrels for a further 15 months, taking on roasted coffee, chocolate and dark malt character from the beer. The mash bill is approximately 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. It is bottled at 55% (110 proof) in a 750ml bottle, as a limited release.
