Bardstown Bourbon Company – Origin Series High Wheat 106 Proof Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 53%)

This is a wheated bourbon from the Bardstown Bourbon Company Origin Series, aged for six years and bottled at 106 proof, or 53% ABV. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 53% corn, 39% wheat and 8% malted barley. It was distilled, aged and bottled on site at the company. The nose brings ripe apricot and lemon with leather and crème brûlée. The palate is full-bodied, with oak and pastry, and the finish is lightly spiced and lingers.
