Barr Hill Gin (75cl, 45%)

Barr Hill Gin is a Vermont gin at 45% ABV, handcrafted in small batches. It pairs a classic, juniper-forward style with raw honey. The honey gives the gin a natural sweetness, set against wild juniper and floral notes. It can be drunk neat, with tonic, or used as the base of a classic cocktail. On the nose there is wild juniper woven with floral notes. The palate turns to a rich, honeyed sweetness, and the finish is smooth, complex and long.
