Barrell Craft Spirits Infinite Barrel Project (75cl, 59.6%)

Infinite Barrel Project is an ever-changing American whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits, bottled at 59.65% abv in a 750ml bottle. It nods to the infinity bottle, the habit of tipping the last measures of finished bottles into one kept aside. Barrels chosen for their flavour and complexity are blended in a larger vessel. At each bottling, part of the blend is removed and replaced with other barrels that complement what remains, so every bottling differs from the last. The bottling date on the front label identifies which whiskeys went into it.
