Barsol Pisco Puro Italia is a Peruvian pisco made from the Italia grape, here in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is complex, with honeysuckle, rose petals, hibiscus, mango, passion fruit, melon, ripe pineapple and citrus. On the palate come guava, passion fruit, melon, honeydew, pineapple, green apple, honey and golden raisin. The finish is well structured and balanced, smooth and lingering.
