Barsol Selecto Acholado Pisco (41.3%)

Barsol Selecto Acholado is a pisco from the Ica region, bottled at 41.3% ABV. It is a blend of piscos distilled from three grape varieties: quebranta, italia and torontel. Quebranta makes up roughly 65 to 70 percent of the blend, with about 20 percent italia and 10 percent torontel, though the master blender keeps the exact proportions private. The aim is a spirit that combines the best of each of the three piscos. The nose shows ripe fruit with light floral notes. The palate builds in intensity, with hints of spice and pecan, and the finish is soft and delicate.
