BarSol Primero Quebranta Pisco (41.3%)

BarSol Primero Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco made from wine fermented from 100% Quebranta grapes grown in the Ica Valley. It is bottled at 41.3% vol. It follows the classic pot-distillation method used in Peru for centuries, in small batches, and is distilled to bottle proof, with no water or other ingredients added. The aromas and flavours are subtle, with hay, banana, baker's pastry and ripe dark berry fruit, balanced by delicate citrus and apricot blossom, with pecan and dark chocolate notes. It finishes long and elegant.
