This is an 8 year old Bell's blended Scotch whisky in a large blue and white decanter. It was released in 2000 to mark the 100th birthday of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother on 4th August of that year, and holds 70cl at 40% ABV.
The nose is soft and gentle, with malted barley, cut herbs, a fresh floral note and a little honey. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, with barley, cereals, nut oils, and hints of wood and spice. The finish is short, with fruitcake and smoke.
