Bellevoye Blanc Sauternes

A French whisky from Bellevoye, made from malted barley and aged for three to eight years in French oak at each of the distilleries selected for it. It then spends six months in the Bellevoye cellars in Charente, in Sauternes casks. These casks pass on their aromas and are rich in fine lees, the yeast left over from the wine's fermentation. Once broken down, the lees add roundness and length, fuller flavour and aroma at the end of the mouth, and soft, spiced aromas.
