Bellevoye Noir Tourbe

Bellevoye Noir Tourbe is a peated French whisky from Bellevoye, which describes itself as the first and only 100% triple malt made in France. It is a blend of three single malts from the north, east and south-west of the country, which Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech regard as the three best in France. The final ageing takes place in new French oak barrels, toasted by a process of Bellevoye's own. The malt is dried over peat, a method associated with aromas of iodine, liquorice, smoke, ash and clove.
