A six-year-old small-batch bourbon from Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle without chill filtration.
It matured in level-three charred Missouri white oak barrels. The mashbill is 73% corn, 15% rye and 12% malted barley, distilled at 120 proof and filled into barrel at 118 proof.
The nose has caramel and vanilla sauce, bread pudding, apple and light cherry. The palate is warming, with spicy caramel, cinnamon, burnt cherry and black pepper. The finish is long, with cinnamon, anise, nutmeg and clove, and balanced oak tannins.
