Ben Nevis – 10 Year Old 2015/2026 Signatory Vintage 100 Proof (57.1%)

This is a 10 year old Highland single malt from Ben Nevis, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage. It is bottled at 100 Proof (57.1%), without chill-filtering or added colouring. The whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks, which show in its deep amber colour and in a heavy, sherried character. The nose is led by dark dried fruit such as raisins and sultanas, with fine spice beneath. On the palate come dark chocolate, fresh espresso and the sweetness of stewed jam, with an oily texture. The finish is dry, with oak and a touch of cocoa.
